Tuition & Enrollment Policies

Monthly Billing:
Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month through your SportsEngine account.
Example: January tuition will be charged on January 1st. -
Withdrawals & Payment Policy:
To withdraw from a class and stop future payments, you must email us at stoughtontumblersinc@gmail.com before the next billing date.
We are unable to offer refunds or credits if you do not notify us prior to your payment being processed. Please plan ahead and send us a quick email to avoid unnecessary charges. -
Family Discounts:

Enrolling three children? You’ll receive 50% off tuition for your third child.

Enrolling one child in two classes per week? You’ll receive 50% off the second class (i.e., pay 1.5x monthly tuition for attending twice weekly).

Schedule & Closings:
Our current class schedule runs through the end of August.
To continue in September, all families must re-enroll based on the new fall schedule.Scheduled closings will be posted in the gym, on our Facebook page, and on our website.
In the event of inclement weather, we make every effort to remain open. However, the safety of our families and staff is our top priority. If we need to close due to snow or ice, announcements will be made on our website and Facebook page.
